PARMA Licensing Presents Panel Discussions at PARMA Music Festival

This Saturday, August 16, PARMA Licensing presents two panel discussions, moderated by film composer Mason Daring, focused on the creation and placement of music in media as part of the 2014 PARMA Music Festival. These panels are free and open to the public.

"The Role of Music in Advertising"

Time: 10:00am - 11:30am


This panel features advertising industry executives Dustin Levine, Christian Hanlon, and Justin Poirier  addressing the key role that music plays in advertising, and the technical and creative aspects that are involved in creating and selecting effective music for this market sector.

"The Role of Music in Video Games"


Time: 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Composer Duncan Watt and audio designer Pat King tackle hot topics in the gaming industry and discuss the technical and creative aspects that are involved in creating music for this platform.
